The Extolling Excellence Foundation for Service and Scholarship, Inc. (EEFSS) is the philanthropic arm of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Sigma Kappa Zeta Chapter in Brooklyn, NY. Established in 2008, the Foundation awards scholarships to deserving young women in New York City completing their senior year of high school or entering accredited colleges.

Its mission is to assist women in higher education and career development, conduct community initiatives, and engage in research. On September 5, 2011, the Foundation launched the Extolling Excellence Scholarship, funded by grassroots efforts and awarded based on GPA, community service, extracurricular activities, and an essay. In December 2011, a $10,000 scholarship was awarded to a young woman excelling in academics and community service.

The Foundation has since received community grants to support its initiatives, including co-sponsoring the biennial Zora Neale Hurston Oratorical Competition in Brooklyn. It continues to seek funds to support its scholarship and aims to award over $35,000 by 2026.
